And the restaurant's decor and atmosphere - booths that look like 1950s car seats and vintage Cuban music - make it a sensory experience.”

“We drove all the way from Arlington just to try the Cuban Sandwich and Chicharrons. I've had serval in the DFW area and a few in Florida, but this sandwich has them beat. Before it hit me I finished my plate and forgot to take pictures. Fresh and Hot served. You can tell it was clean food your eating. Now the chicharrons are cooked different and small chunks. I don't know the secrets of how they fry it to come out in the way that it did but it was enjoyable. #authentic”

My husband and I have recently moved to the Plano area and he had been craving a cuban sandwich, well I found this little cafe on google and the food was outstanding!!! he had the cuban sandwich of course, I had a ropa vieja sandwich with side of sauce, with a side of fried yucca with sauce!!! Delicious, please stop by and support your local small businesses when you get a chance!”

“My family and I were in the area looking for a new place to try after the museum. We found this place on google and after reading the reviews we arrived. I understand why such great reviews. I ordered the shrimp mofongo and it was the best mofongo I have ever had. It was soft and savory. The shrimp where peeled and devined, seasoned and not over cooked and were the perfect size. Amazing service and the chef even visited our table. Amazing experience I will be returning!”

The meat was all so tender and juicy, the flavors of both types of rice were delicious! We will definitely be back here! The coffee is so good we had to go for seconds on it - don’t miss this place!”
